Kellie Bieber

Kellie Bieber is the Managing Partner of Bieber Communications. Kellie brings more than 16 years of private and public sector experience in public affairs, community outreach, and campaign communications. She provides clients with expertise in media outreach, message development, identity building and related communications skills garnered in the corporate, government and campaign arenas.

Kellie has served in senior legislative affairs, and community relations positions within the California State Legislature, the Orange County Board of Supervisors, and various professional associations. Areas of expertise in the field of public affairs include law enforcement, water issues, and community redevelopment.

Kellie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and minor Political Science from California State University, Fullerton. Kellie is active in her community and has been recognized by the Orange County 1st Supervisorial District as an Outstanding Mentor for Pio Pico School in Santa Ana. Kellie is a certified Laubach Literacy Teacher and has dedicated many volunteer hours teaching English to speakers of other languages.

In addition, Kellie is an active member of the Orange County Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, the California Women's Leadership Association, the World Affairs Council, as well as a member of the Association of California Water Agencies.
