David Margowsky is the Art Director for Bieber Communications.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Cal Poly University, David is an experienced designer, respected and renowned for his acute understanding of the entire design process. He has extensive expertise in the production of policy materials for public persuasion campaigns for government agencies, development projects, and political campaigns.

David comes to Bieber Communications with over 10 years of professional experience in the field of printing, prepress, graphic design and commercial art for public relations projects. Immediately before coming to work with Bieber Communications, David worked as the senior designer for a Long Beach based public relations firm with a variety of clientele ranging from The Simon Wiesenthal Center to Pechanga Resort and Casino.

Under Jim’s creative impetus David pushes the limits of image manipulation and rapid turnarounds with a focus on quality and creativity. Their collaboration has resulted in several national awards and the coveted placement of their work on the cover of Campaigns and Elections Magazine, a division of Congressional Quarterly, two years in a row.
